Meet Leadcamp, the first Touchpoint Intelligence Platform.

The Leadcamp Touchpoint Intelligence Platform helps sales reps understand all of their prospects' interactions, from email activity, content and website engagement (amongst others), without having to analyze all channel interactions themselves. By leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities, Leadcamp helps sales reps understand the exact engagement and interest of their prospects to deliver personalized sales journeys.  Built on a unified data layer, Leadcamp can be used directly from the inbox, our platform is easy to implement and simple to use, eliminating the need for complex integrations and reliance on IT teams.

So… you’re wondering what is this role about?

You'll work directly with product and marketing to make the best touchpoint intelligence platform for Leadcamp's users. Our primary research ranges from formative to evaluative, using approaches such as in-depth interviews, quantitative surveys, and statistical modeling. For this position, we are looking for individuals with mixed-methods background (experts in both qualitative and quantitative methods), with an understanding of how to integrate diverse sources of insights.

The right candidates will have done rigorous, creative, impactful primary research, and will be excellent communicators, comfortable in a flat, fast-moving startup, excited to collaborate, and focused squarely on bringing a compelling and relevant experience to as many sales reps as possible.

This means:

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners (product management, engineering, management) to identify and prioritize knowledge gaps in our understanding of the Leadcamp experience and design research that uniquely contributes to solving for those knowledge gaps
  • Design and execute custom primary research using a wide variety of methods (quantitative methods and a subset of qualitative methods), and interpret analysis through the lens of business impact and UX
  • Design research studies that drive tactical and strategic product decisions and address both user behavior and attitudes
  • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways

Okay… now you’re thinking, what do we expect from you?

  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills and able to bring structure and direction to ambiguous problems
  • Knowledge in quantitative research methodologies (e.g., survey sampling and design, significance testing, regression modeling, experimental design, behavioral data analysis)
  • Experience in survey design
  • Experience executing hands-on, primary research
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis using statistical tools (R/SAS/Stata, SQL/Hive)
  • Experience in asking, as well as answering questions for businesses

What's in the fine print?

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in social science (e.g., Communication, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Psychology), or in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Informatics, Econometrics) with experience answering social questions
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
  • You are based in Europe.
  • Have authorisation to work in Belgium at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorisation during employment.
  • Have a university supporting the  PhD (mandatory co-op).
