By leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities, Leadcamp helps sales reps understand the exact engagement and interest of their prospects to deliver personalized sales journeys.  Built on a unified data layer, Leadcamp can be used directly from the inbox, our platform is easy to implement and simple to use, eliminating the need for complex integrations and reliance on IT teams.

So… you’re wondering what is this role about?

As a Product Strategy team member we encourage you to dig into the roadmap and make the best strategic product decisions together with our product manager. You'll do so by closely monitoring the key trends driving our business and industry forward, translating those into actionable insights for the strategic direction of the long-term product roadmap, and influencing the relevant teams to maximize impact for Leadcamp.

The sales intelligence (and our touchpoint intelligence) market is an exciting and rapidly evolving space requiring a candidate that can quickly assess new opportunities and translate them into product insights and recommendations (often based on imperfect data from multiple sources). This role is highly cross-functional and requires influencing leadership across the business.

This means:

  • Build a deep understanding of our existing business using internal and external data
  • Strategically evaluate new market opportunities, including assessing relative product advantages and disadvantages
  • Work with cross-functional partners (product, engineering, management) to surface opportunities and threats, outline data-driven strategic decisions, and frame actionable product recommendations

Okay… now you’re thinking, what do we expect from you?

  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills and able to bring structure and direction to ambiguous problems
  • Comfortable adapting to rapid change common in tech environments
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions
  • Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing business strategy projects that deliver results
  • Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship
